GenAI Helps Individuals, But Teams Struggle to Keep Up

A new survey from Gartner reveals a mixed picture of generative AI (GenAI) in supply chain organizations. While GenAI helps desk-based employees save time and get more done, it does not make teams more productive. Instead, it adds stress and workplace friction.
