Agile Cold Storage Breaks Ground on Dallas Area Warehouse
$61 Million Facility to Open This Year, Add 70 Jobs in Kaufman, Texas

Groundbreaking of Atlanta-based Agile Cold Storage’s $61 million warehouse, located about 30 miles southeast of Dallas, was welcomed by local officials from Kaufman, Texas. The facility will bring 70 jobs to the area.
“This project affirms Kaufman’s competitive location for industry, especially in the food and beverage sector,” Mayor Jeff Jordan said. “Agile’s decision to locate in Kaufman brings the largest industrial capital investment in our city’s history. We welcome them to our community and look forward to a great relationship with them as corporate citizens.”
