For The First Time, Maersk To Name Its Dual-Fuel Methanol Ship In Mumbai

In a first for the global shipping industry, A.P. Moller-Maersk (Maersk) will hold the naming ceremony for its newest dual-fuel methanol container vessel at Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNP) near Mumbai on 28 February.

This will be the first time a global shipping line will conduct such an event in India.

The event will take place at Gateway Terminals India Pvt Ltd, which is 74% owned by A.P. Moller – Maersk’s container terminal operating unit, A.P. Moller – Maersk Terminals.
