Blackstone Sells 21 Warehouses to Goldman Sachs for $293 Million

Goldman Sachs is expanding its presence in industrial real estate. It is teaming up with Dalfen Industrial to buy a $293 million portfolio of logistics properties from Blackstone. The deal includes 21 warehouses totaling 2.1 million square feet in Cincinnati, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Pennsylvania.
