North Carolina Amazon Warehouse to Hold Union Election

After nearly three years of pushing for better pay and benefits, workers at an Amazon warehouse in North Carolina are set for a union election starting on February 10. 

Attempts to organize at Amazon’s RDU1 warehouse in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina date back to 2022, months after the company’s JFK8 Staten Island facility became the first in the country to successfully unionize.
