MASkargo Reestablishes Cargo Operations in Paris Through Partnership with WFS

MASkargo, the cargo division of Malaysia Airlines, is back in action with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a subsidiary of SATS, to enhance its cargo operations at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. This partnership coincides with the airline’s launch of daily flights to Paris.

The collaboration isn’t new; it dates back to when Malaysia Airlines operated in Paris until early 2016 when thay paused their services.

This month marks a fresh start for Malaysia Airlines as it rolls out daily Airbus A350-900 flights between Kuala Lumpur and Paris, expanding its reach to 68 global destinations. This growth comes on the heels of new wide-body aircraft joining their fleet.

WFS will not only manage cargo at CDG but also handle operations at several regional airports throughout France such as Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, and strasbourg.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Malaysia Airlines back at CDG! Resuming our collaboration is exciting for us. We’re eager to help boost their cargo buisness between France and Kuala Lumpur while facilitating connections across Asia,” shared Laurent Bernard, WFS’s Managing Director for France.

WFS operates globally across more than 215 locations in 27 countries and provides handling services for Malaysia Airlines in cities like Copenhagen,Bengaluru, and Bangkok too.

This recent agreement underscores WFS’s position as a top-tier cargo handling provider at Paris CDG where they cater to over 150 clients through nine dedicated terminal facilities.
