Amerit Fleet Solutions Acquires Vector Fleet Management

Intent Is to Expand Services to Broader Range of Customers

Amerit Fleet Solutions has acquired fleet maintenance and parts management services company Vector Fleet Management, the company announced Feb. 28.

Vector provides services tailored to fleet operations of government clients and heavy-industrial settings. The company will continue to serve these segments under its brand name. Amerit said the acquisition furthers its mission of delivering nationwide customer service with dedicated field technicians.

Vector and its investors were advised by Anderson LeNeave & Co. Amerit is backed by New Mountain Capital. The firm currently manages private equity, strategic equity, credit and net lease real estate investment strategies with more than $55 billion in assets under management.
