Cofactr Acquires Factor.io to Help Automate Supply Chain Tracking

Supply chain software specialists Cofactr have acquired Factor.io, an AI company that tracks orders and automates supplier updates.

The deal will allow Cofactr to offer manufacturers a more complete view of their supply chain, helping them track every part in their Bill of Materials (BOM) across multiple suppliers. Major companies in defense, aerospace, robotics, and medical technology already use Factor.io’s technology.
