Flexport Unveils 20+ New Tools to Help Businesses Manage Supply Chains

Flexport is rolling out more than 20 new AI-driven tools to help businesses manage their supply chains faster and with less hassle. The company’s Winter Release includes major upgrades like Flexport Intelligence, an AI-powered assistant that lets businesses ask logistics questions in plain English and get instant answers, and Flexport Control Tower, which allows companies to track and manage shipments—even when Flexport isn’t the freight provider.
